Tamara is a Therapeutic Massage Therapist with over 20 years’ experience & has been a part of Our Seahorse Wellbeing Centre family since its founding. Tamara has a holistic approach & believes in client education about their body’s systems & involvement in their own treatment plan, empowering & aiding them in their recovery & overall wellbeing. Tamara has a special interest & focus in Lymphoedema & Lipoedema, specializing in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) & Decongestive Physical Therapy. MLD is a gentle, soothing & often deeply relaxing treatment to assist the immune system. It is useful in removing toxins, reducing inflammation, edema & congestion in the body, sinus relief & aids in pain reduction. MLD can be used immediately after soft tissue injury & post-surgery healing. Other Massage Treatments & Modalities Tamara offers include: Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Stretching, Relaxation Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Reiki & Ear Candling.
